Dúplex 2 Hab. c/ Balcón — Heroísmo

The whole building is set up for rent and appears to work well. The building is located opposite the metro station which means it is easy to get anywhere in the city. There is a bakery across the road which is convenient. We stayed in the top floor apartment. Comfortable and clean although the stairs to the upper floor of the duplex apartment are quite risky as they are very steep. The only complaint I had was the noise from the metro running under the building. It is of course most noticeable at night. And it goes on till the metro stops in the early hours of the morning and then starts up again before dawn. It is very intrusive if you are not used to noise at night. And one other thing: there was a strong smell of the sewers in the morning from the bathroom downstairs. But otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Exactly as described! Very clean, comfortable beds and amenities, it’s at close distance to the historic city center, we walked with not problem. We felt safe at all the time. There is a Metro station only a few steps away, there are local restaurants and small grocery store around. There is a bakery right at the corner, small but perfect for coffee and delicious bread. The owners were very responsive. Check in and check out smooth and easy. Definitely recommended!

Nice and sunny apartment. Close to restaurants and the metro just crossing the road. The only thing that I didn't like was at night you can here the traffic.

It looked good in the photos, but it was spectacular in person. The location is perfect; there's a metro stop right next door, and parking is easy. We got around on foot, but you can easily get around by car too. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped; we'll definitely be back.

Very new, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable apartments. Excellent value for money. Quiet area, well-connected and close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance.
